Justin & Carly Gonzalez - Founders/Owners & Realtors

We are Justin & Carly Gonzalez, Founders & Owners of Carstin Realty. We combined our real estate businesses in 2010 and founded Carstin Realty in 2022. After spending a combined 25 years working at three of the largest National brokerages, we realized that not being bound by the limitations of these brokerages allows us to provide more personalized services to our clients. We love being able to make decisions based on our local market and what we feel best helps you accomplish your real estate goals.

A native Texan, Carly grew up in Dallas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin before transferring to the University of Idaho where earned her BS degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. After almost ten years living in Idaho and Washington, Carly returned to Texas in 2006 to be near family. She remembers frequenting open houses with her mom as a young girl. Her career began in technology and marketing, but she soon found a way back to her first love as she started flipping houses on the side. Carly got her real estate license in 2009. She is the broker for Carstin Realty.

As a Realtor helping clients navigate Austin's dynamic housing market, Justin Gonzalez draws from his background. Growing up in a military and civilian defense contractor family where moving was constant, Justin developed a chameleon's ability to connect with a wide variety of people from a young age. With British and Hispanic heritage, Justin describes his culturally diverse background as 'tea and tacos'. Despite having lived all over the United States and the world, Justin has always considered the Austin area home. He moved back to Austin in 1993 to be near family and has never looked back. After finding success in sales and marketing, Justin began his real estate career in 2001 as a partial owner of a brokerage. He obtained his license in 2005.

Carly is a Broker, REALTOR, a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure) certified, and she has earned the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). She also has SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and ISDP (Interior Staging and Decorating Professional) designations. Justin is a REALTOR, a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), and has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). NAHREP recognized him as the #6 Latino agent in Austin. As a team, Carly and Justin have been Platinum Top 50 Austin awards winners or finalists every year since 2013. They were also finalists in the Austin Business Journal Residential Real Estate Awards in 2014 and 2017.

Carly and Justin split their time between their houses in Pflugerville and South Austin. They have a blended family that includes 5 children between the ages of 14 and 23 and they have two APA-rescued dogs. Outside of work, they enjoy seeing live music, trying new restaurants, and spending time with the kids, experiencing all that the city has to offer. The pair loves being their friends' first call for recommendations on things to do and places to try. A love of travel keeps them on the go, but they always appreciate coming home to the city they love.

Knowledgeable, professional, honest and truly caring, Lesa's priority is to ensure that her clients have a stress-free, positive experience when buying or selling their home.  As a native Texan growing up in a family of commercial real estate developers, Lesa's passion for real estate started at a very young age. With 20 years in commercial property management/construction and as a Certified Marketing Manager, her combined experience allows her to guide you through the process with ease and provide you with exceptional marketing of your property.  Lesa has been a licensed Realtor since 2013 and specializes in residential real estate helping sellers, buyers and investors in the Austin area. She enjoys volunteering with various animal rescue organizations and spending time with her own fur babies at home.
